What is greatness? Resiliency, Perseverance, Sacrifices, Inspiring, and making a difference in people’s lives for the better. Overcoming adversity and obstacles thrown your way that life will do to you. Each of these fantastic people in this legendary group, The Tremendous 24, in honor of my first 24 interview guests and my 24th birthday this year, have embodied those throughout their lives and respective careers.
When I first created the DJ Sports Show in June 2020 as a 19-year-old kid, I had no clue what impact I would have, reaching places globally, accomplishing things, inspiring people, and meeting people thanks to something I created for myself.
From meeting Rich Paul, NBA Commissioner Adam Silver, Hall Of Fame Sports Journalist & Fox Sports Radio Co-Host of The Odd Couple, Rob Parker (whom I’ve also interviewed), and much more. DJ’s Sports Show has genuinely changed my life.
Despite everything this brand has done for me, my favorite part is the platform it has given people in sports (athletes, coaches, people in sports media, etc.) a chance to tell their story (with most of them I have interviewed being their first in-depth life interview they may never get a chance again to do.)
From a legend and Hall Of Famer in the sports field, Rob Parker, to New Paltz Basketball’s all-time scoring leader in program history, Brianna Fitzgerald, to Manhattanville College’s most outstanding goalkeeper of all time and record breaker, Luis Granados, and much more.
Let’s not forget basketball prodigies such as Metapan Basket guard Lamont Edwards, Kentucky Wildcats forward Ansley Almonor, and Cornell guard Nazir Williams. To speedsters such as New Haven track star Jordany Dely, as he leaves his opponents in the dust, Arcadia Men’s Hockey player Donnie Feldman leaves it all out there on the rink.
It doesn’t stop there as I’ve also had media savants such as WNBA Reporter for the New York Liberty and head of The Next Hoops, Gigi Speer, who effortlessly calls games on the microphone, to people who completely changed their lives, such as CEO of the 3G Boxing Club Aaron Remy.
I’ve given you guys two big special projects throughout my brand's history, from my highly lauded NBA 75 Greatest Players Of All Time to my personal autobiography series of the different eras of my life in the fall of 2023 in The Story Of DJ Hamilton that meant a lot to me and received high praise.
The next project is for these 24 legends, and I’ll be recapping each guest of my first 24 legends through the first four years. Each story is unique, with each person coming from different backgrounds, ethnicities, personalities, upbringings, overcoming adversity, and so much more.
Welcome to the DJ’s Sports Show: The Tremendous Twenty-Four Project...Coming to you this fall/winter.
Greatness Is Within.
